Most of our home essentials ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces may take 7-14 business days for delivery depending on your location and the selected white-glove service.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Mustard ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, at Mustard we prioritize the planet. 80% of our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use recycled textiles and non-toxic dyes across our entire soft-goods collection.
